1. Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
We collect personally identifiable information (name phone number, email etc.) from you when you request for a service. We do not for any reason whatsoever sell your Personal Identifiable Information to any third party or otherwise trade on it.
2. Use of Demographic and Profile Data
We use personal information to provide the services you request. We use your personal information to troubleshoot problems; collect fees owed; measure interest in our products and services, inform you about online and offline offers and customize your experience. In our efforts to continually improve our product and service offerings, we collect and analyse demographic and profile data about our users’ activity on our website. We identify and use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, and to administer our website.
3. Provision of Aggregate Demographic Information to Third Parties
Getfast reserves the right to provide aggregate demographic information of its member base to third parties. We do not shared personal information of individual users with third parties.
A “cookie” is a small piece of information stored by a Web server on a Web browser so it can be later read back from that browser. Cookies are useful for enabling the browser to remember information specific to a given user. getfast.store may place both permanent and temporary cookies in your computer’s hard drive. getfast.store’s cookies do not contain any of your personally identifiable information.
5. Newsletter Subscription
Visitors to getfast.store may also sign up for our newsletters without having to register.
6. Email Communications
Getfast will communicates with you through the email you have specified. Your email address is never shared with anybody within or outside Get. portea uses this email address to send you two types of communications:
- Sending you newsletters that you have subscribed to.
- Sending you occasional announcements about changes in portea’s policies or announcement of new promotions or services.
7. App Usage
We may disclose to third party services certain personally identifiable information listed below:
- Information you provide us such as name, email, mobile phone number
- Information we collect as you access and use our service, including device information, location and network carrier
This information is shared with third party service providers so that we can:
- Personalize the app for you
- Perform behavioral analytics
At GetFast (Portea), we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refund Possible If:
- you received a defective item;
- the ordered item(s) is lost or damaged during transit;
- the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
- an item(s) is missing from your order
Please Note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 7 to 10 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that.
How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund for a defective or damaged item, send the email request to email@example.com, with your Order ID as the Subject Line, along with a photo of the damaged item(s). To request a refund for a missing item(s), send the email request to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID, including the reason why you’re requesting a refund and specifying which items were missing. In the case of “missing” claims we will review the packing video to make sure all items were placed in the package.
We also understand that various circumstances may arise leading you to want to return a product or products that are not defective. In these cases, we may allow the return of unopened, unused products after deducting a 20% restocking charge, ONLY if you notify us within 7 working days of receipt.
